Gateway to Family History is a project carried out by the “Solidarni Razem” Association as part of a program supporting the development of exceptionally gifted students from primary schools in three provinces: Lower Silesian, Lubusz and West Pomeranian. It includes, among other things, the organization of academic camps, workshops, meetings with witnesses to history, meetings with experts, and museum and archival lessons.
As part of activities carried out in Lower Silesia, participants will learn about the historian’s work, take part in an academic camp and, using modern information technologies, prepare scholarly studies based on historical knowledge, which will be published as a multimedia publication.
Primary schools in Nowogrodziec and Żeliszów were selected for the project from the Bolesławiec region.
