Sunday’s away match between BKS Bolesławiec and Apis Jędrzychowice ended in a 0–1 defeat. The higher-ranked opponents attacked from the opening minutes, but the home fans had to wait until the end of the first half for a goal.
In the 45th minute, Apis successfully converted a corner. The player who jumped highest for the ball was Mateusz Baszak, who headed it into the net. As it later turned out, this was the only goal of the match.
While the hosts had more chances to score in the first half, BKS increasingly came to the fore in the second. Adrian Kulesza, Adrian Biały and Eryk Kliwak all had opportunities.
Unfortunately, the chances created were not finished effectively, and this applied to both BKS and Apis. The match ended with a narrow 1–0 victory for the hosts (1–0). In addition, from the 87th minute Bolesławiec’s team played with 10 men. Sławomir Dul had to leave the pitch after receiving a second yellow card. In the next round, BKS will host Stal Chocianów.
