The local spatial development plan for the village of Nowe Jaroszowice—Resolution No. XXIII/155/05 of the Bolesławiec Municipal Council dated 30 March 2005—contains the following provisions for plot no. 273/1, Nowe Jaroszowice precinct: – an area designated for service and farmstead development, marked on the plan with the symbol 38U/RM; in part, forest areas marked with the symbol ZL.
The following tenders for the sale of the property were held: the first tender on 24 November 2017, the second tender on 16 February 2018, and the third tender on 6 April 2018.
The tender will be held on 6 July 2018 at 11:30 a.m. at the Bolesławiec Municipal Office, 1a Teatralna Street (room no. 13).
To participate in the tender, a deposit must be paid into the account of the Municipal Office held by Łużycki Bank Spółdzielczy w Lubaniu, Bolesławiec Branch, account no. 92 8392 0004 2600 2017 2000 0040, by 2 July 2018 (the date of payment is deemed to be the date on which the required amount is credited to the account of the Municipal Office). Proof of payment must be presented before the tender. The property may be inspected on working days from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. by prior telephone appointment.

If the person designated as the purchaser of the property fails, without justification, to appear at the place and time set by the tender organizer for signing the agreement, the Head of the Municipality may withdraw from concluding the agreement, and the paid deposit will not be refunded. The right to cancel the tender in the event of a justified reason is reserved.
