Councillor Dariusz Mucha, who was expelled from the presidential Forum club, mentioned the newly constructed Centrum Wiedzy in Bolesławiec in an interview given to Bolec:

The president formed a kind of alliance with Prime Minister Gowin, and thanks to this the City was granted money from the ministry [na Centrum Wiedzy – przyp. red.]. When the president refused the prime minister Gowin’s request to run from his political formation, the funds were withdrawn from us.

The councillor, known throughout Poland thanks to his distinctive Easter “wishes,” added:

No one will say this to our faces; we know that is how it was. The City lost the funds. At the last session, we had to reallocate funds.

When we asked the councillor to elaborate on the subject, he replied that he would be happy to do so, but only in an interview on camera.

As Agnieszka Gergont, spokesperson for Bolesławiec City Hall, told us, President Piotr Roman does not even intend to comment on D. Mucha’s words. He only assured us that they were untrue and that no such situation had taken place.

It is worth adding that in the same interview, the opposition councillor stressed that he does not rule out running in the election for president of the City of Ceramics. What do you think? Has the election campaign already begun in earnest?
