This has now been more than six years in total and is the twelfth development carried out in Bolesławiec County and the city of Bolesławiec by a Wrocław-based developer whose current team operates within 3HOME, bringing appropriate capital and experience.

The solutions used and the positioning of the buildings provide direct access by car to each unit. The residential units will be delivered in an enhanced developer-standard finish.
