A Warsaw-based company is developing the modernization concept. – The specialists are working to build something truly attractive here – Sas emphasizes.
The modernized Piast is to be a facility worthy of the 21st century. – We want to make better use of the plot on which the hotel stands – the president explains. A retail and service gallery on the ground floor, a conference room that can accommodate 150 people, and underground parking are just some of the planned investments. The number of hotel rooms will decrease, however. Currently, the facility has nearly 120 beds. After modernization, there will be half as many.
One thing will certainly not change – the standard of services. Piast will remain a three-star hotel. – This is a very high standard, adapted to customers’ needs – Sas assures. He adds that if the most optimistic scenario proves accurate, the modernization work will be completed in summer 2010.
