Dear Sir.
For nine years, the residents of Grabowa Street in Bolesławiec have patiently endured your incompetence and that of the “hard-working” officials subordinate to you, responsible for the condition of the city’s roads. After nine years of glaring neglect, incompetence and bureaucratic stagnation, during which successive incompetents have dumped heaps of mud mixed with stones on the road instead of proper materials, the completely unlit Grabowa Street resembles a quagmire where water and mud remain for weeks, rather than a road. There is no argument that there is no money. If you have done nothing for nine years, this is not a matter of money but of goodwill and the ability to think abstractly, which you and your officials lack.
You recently took some “lovely” photos of yourself on Ogrodowa Street. I invite you to take a photo of yourself on Grabowa Street. And put on your rubber boots—they will be necessary and will also be appropriate.
My question, Mr. Mayor: How much longer?
Do you consider yourself the city’s mayor? Prove it!
