The incident occurred on the last day of the old year in Tomisław. The 80-year-old woman was riding a bicycle. She was hit by a passenger car. The elderly woman died at the scene. The driver of the car was sober. Police are determining the cause of the tragic collision. The driver faces up to 8 years in prison for causing a fatal accident.
