For the fourth time, Noble Gift Package, one of the country’s best-known charity campaigns, will take place in Bolesławiec! The local headquarters, once again led this year by Agnieszka Baszczyj, has been working at full capacity for several weeks. The volunteers have been trained and visited several dozen families referred to the project by schools, social welfare centers, parishes and others. Those meeting the project’s criteria—that is, living in poverty through no fault of their own—were selected from among them.
On Saturday, November 18, the www.szlachetnapaczka.pl family database will be opened! This means that anyone who wants to join the campaign and become a donor will be able to choose a family for whom they will prepare a package.
Every year, the opening of the database is accompanied by a lively happening! Volunteers wearing their distinctive red shirts will meet on Saturday, November 18, in Bolesławiec Market Square. It starts at 11:00. The singing procession, chanting slogans promoting the campaign, will head toward BOK-MCC.
