Your role will be
(if you meet the following requirements)
- Preparing, supervising and carrying out the loading/unloading/shipping of goods within the required deadlines, based on procedures and instructions agreed with clients
- Supervising employees and ensuring high process quality, including responsibility for the qualitative and quantitative results of the subordinate team in accordance with the supervisor’s guidelines
- Ensuring the smooth flow of transport within the warehouse and supervising the correct placement of goods in locations while maintaining optimal use of warehouse space
- Preparing progress reports on the performance of assigned tasks
- Participating in stocktaking activities
- Maintaining order in the warehouse and monitoring inventory levels
Preferred experience working in a warehouse
- At least 1 year of experience as a team leader
- At least secondary education, preferably in a relevant field (logistics)
- Good command of English/German
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate the work of a team
- Good computer and scanning-equipment skills

- Ensuring the proper operation and development of the company’s unit/branch
- Initiating and implementing improvement and corrective measures related to the enhancement of warehouse processes
- Planning, supervising and accounting for the working time of subordinate employees
- Training Warehouse Employees
- Creating analytical tools and reporting indicators
Preferred experience working in a warehouse
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar warehouse position
- Higher education, preferably in logistics
- Good command of English/German
- Advanced knowledge of warehouse processes
- Well-established managerial skills, particularly team management and motivation
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
