The incident occurred on Friday evening in Warta Bolesławiecka. The driver of a blue Mercedes minibus stopped on the road to turn left. A truck with its left sideboard lowered was approaching from the opposite direction. The sideboard caught on the stationary vehicle and cut through it along the roof. The minibus driver, a 31-year-old resident of Bolesławiec, was taken to the military hospital in Wrocław in critical condition. The truck was driven by a 50-year-old man. He was sober.
