On Wednesday (August 30), the second-round match of the District Polish Cup was played in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki. Local side GKS hosted TS Parzyce. The fans watched a closely contested match. In the 20th minute, Marcin Szuter opened the scoring for TS, making it 1:0. Five minutes later, the hosts equalised with a shot by Patryk Kiełbik. That was the score at half-time.

In the 65th minute, Krzysztof Sadowski took advantage of an error by the visitors’ defender and goalkeeper. The player lobbed the goalkeeper, putting Tomaszów 2:1 ahead. In the 77th minute, Parzyce equalised. Radosław Szajwaj directed the ball, deflected off the crossbar, into the home side’s goal. In the closing stages of the match, the visitors turned the game in their favour. It came after a shot from 25 metres by Charles Pereira da Silva. In the 88th minute, Parzyce player Emmanuel Ohagwu received a second yellow card and, consequently, a red card. The visitors finished the match with 10 men, but they did not surrender their lead. After an entertaining match, TS Parzyce defeated GKS Tomaszów Bolesławiecki 3:2 (1:1) and advanced to the third round of the cup.
