Rumours have reached the president of Zakłady Ceramiczne Bolesławiec, Wiesław Ogrodnik, that Chinese entrepreneurs would like to buy the Bolesławiec-based company. What is more, a delegation from China visited ZC Bolesławiec at the beginning of July. However, according to the president, the Chinese were more interested in establishing contacts with the city than in buying Zakłady.
According to the head of ZC, the sale of this well-known Bolesławiec company is not an option at all, because the Law and Justice government certainly will not allow it. (Besides, the provisions stating that the company should be managed and restructured in such a way as to make it easy to sell have been removed from the company’s articles of association.)
