Bolesławianka Housing Cooperative in Bolesławiec, at 15 Gałczyńskiego Street, announces an open tender for the renovation of the basement floor and walls at 26 AB Jana Pawła II Street in Bolesławiec.
The deadline for completing the contract is 30 September 2017.
The offer must be prepared in accordance with the contract conditions, which are available from the Cooperative’s office, Technical Department GZM, room 6 (tel. 75 644 68 87), or can be downloaded from www.smbol.pl.
Offers must be submitted by 11 July 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at the Cooperative’s secretariat.
The offers will be opened on 11 July 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cooperative’s office.
A bid bond of PLN 3,200.00 (in words: three thousand two hundred zlotys 00/100) must be paid at the Cooperative’s cash desk no later than 10 July 2017 at 2:00 p.m. or transferred to the Cooperative’s PKO BP S.A. Bolesławiec branch account no. 71 1020 2137 0000 9002 0006 2166. For the offer to be valid, the bid bond must be credited to the Cooperative’s account by the offer-submission deadline.
Offers without a paid bid bond will not be considered.
The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the tender without stating the reasons.
