The term of office of Józef Haluch, president of the county-owned PKS company, is coming to an end.Józef Haluch The company’s current head does not intend to run for another term. (As he told the istotne.pl website, for personal reasons).
His successor will probably be one of three candidates: Stanisław Cempura, Marek Czajkowski or Jacek Subik. The first two have already been associated with PKS. Cempura was president of the company, while Czajkowski was director of transport operations. Subik, currently employed by the County Office, has so far not worked for the Bolesławiec Public Transport Company.
“We are in the middle of the selection procedure,” Edward Kaput, head of the PKS Supervisory Board, told us. On June 23, the Board is to adopt a resolution on the matter. We will return to the subject.
