On 9 May, an agreement was signed in Gromadka to co-finance the project “Sanitary sewage network with connections in Krzyżowa, Różyniec and Osła, with the Osła–Gromadka transmission line, together with the modernization of the wastewater treatment plant in Gromadka – stage I,” using funds from the Regional Operational Programme of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship 2014–2020, under measure 4.2, Water and Wastewater Management. The agreement was signed by Lower Silesian Marshal Cezary Przybylski and Gromadka Municipality Head Dariusz Pawliszczy.

The anticipated cost of the project is 12 293 907.71 PLN, while the funding received amounts to 8 510 094.75 PLN. This will be the largest investment project in the history of the municipality.

The project will be carried out in 2017–2018. It is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of next year. At least 902 residents of the villages of Osła and Różyniec will be connected to the newly constructed sewage network.
