The competition is open to pupils of primary and lower-secondary schools from Rudna municipality. Its aim is to stimulate interest in ecology and beekeeping and to develop artistic sensitivity.
Photographs on beekeeping themes, taken independently and being original works, will be assessed. The photographic technique is unrestricted, and each entrant may submit a maximum of three works. (However, only one work by a given participant may receive an award).
The format of the developed photograph may not be smaller than 18 x 24 cm. The photographs must not contain any markings or numbers (e.g. a date); such works will be disqualified.
Each photograph submitted to the competition must be described in block letters, giving the title of the work, the author’s first and last name, telephone number, email address, school and class information, and the first and last name of the participant’s supervisor.
Works prepared in accordance with the organizers’ requirements should be delivered in person or sent by post (electronic submission is not possible). The deadline is 15 June. Address:
