On 21 November, the finale of the 4th OFF Cinema Festival will take place in Bolesławiec. The event aims to promote young talent and popularize independent cinema. The idea, screenplay, form and genre of the film are up to the creators. Attractive prizes await off-cinema filmmakers. The top prize is PLN 1,000.
The festival will consist of two parts:
- the competition – screenings of films and the selection of the best entry, in the opinion of the jury and the audience
- screenings of acclaimed off films and lectures related to the art of film.
Bolesławiecki Ośrodek Kultury will accept festival applications until 12 November.
