In the center of Nowogrodziec, at 1 Maja Street, a new tenement house will be built. The building will contain 12 new apartments ranging in size from 46 to 76 m2. Commercial and retail premises are planned on the ground floor. (The planned building's usable floor area is 1,300 m2).
The investment will be carried out by a consortium comprising Nowogrodziec-based Przedsiębiorstwo Konserwacji Urządzeń Wodnych i Melioracyjnych “Meliobud” and MS Bud Sinkowski Mariusz from Płóczki Górne (Lwówek Śląski gmina). The investor is the municipal company Hydro-Tech.
The value of the project, which will begin as early as April this year, is PLN 2.8 million net. The tenement house is to be ready by the end of 2018.
