The next Women’s Zone meeting will take place on 14 March at 6:00 p.m. This time, participants will have the opportunity to learn self-defense. The class will be led by Beata Sosulska-Baran, a senior sergeant with the Municipal Police Headquarters in Jelenia Góra.
– Every woman who takes part in the workshop will gain a broad range of knowledge and techniques that will enrich her own practical self-defense skills, contributing to greater safety – says Anna Szlaga, marketing manager at Nowy Rynek.
This is not the only attraction prepared for that day. The women will be able to take part in a special competition, with a makeover worth PLN 1,000 as the prize. With the help of a hairdresser and makeup artist, the winner will transform her appearance. A personal stylist will then invite her for individual shopping. During the meeting, the stylist will present three styling proposals – business, casual and evening.
