In Saturday’s match in the 2nd Lower Silesian Futsal League, Automatyka BKS hosted Cuprum Polkowice at the sports hall by I LO in Bolesławiec. The Bolesławiec team failed to end Polkowice’s winning streak. Mariusz Rutkowski’s team had to acknowledge their opponents’ superiority. The visitors won the match 7–5. Let us recall that at the end of January, the Bolesławiec team lost to the copper miners 3–7 in Polkowice.
Saturday’s match in Bolesławiec began well for the Automatyka BKS Bolesławiec players. In the 3rd minute, Sebastian Tylutki beat the visiting goalkeeper. In the 17th minute, Adrian Kulesza increased the lead to 2–0, and that was the score at half-time. The start of the second half was also ideal for the hosts. A few minutes after play resumed, Adrian Kulesza extended the hosts’ lead to 3–0.
Unfortunately, within the next four minutes, the course of the game changed completely. Following mistakes and inaccurate passes by our team, the visitors scored three goals in that short period and equalised. Grzegorz Duda scored twice, and Mateusz Kochman once. After their quick goals, Polkowice pressed on and took the lead, which they did not relinquish for the rest of the match. The visiting team’s other goals were scored by Dawid Biały (3) and Sebastian Cieśla. For Automatyka BKS, the scorers were Maciej Zielonka and Artur Spraski. Automatyka BKS Bolesławiec – Cuprum Polkowice 5–7.
