On Wednesday, BKS Bobrzanie Bolesławiec hosted Lechia Dzierżoniów. The match began promisingly for our team. In the 8th minute, after a pass from Sławomir Iskrzak, Daniel Góralewski put the ball into the net. Unfortunately, the rest of the match belonged to the visitors. Bolesławiec’s team played without ideas, made inaccurate passes and, apart from set pieces, posed no threat to the visitors’ goal. The visitors equalised in the 36th minute. Janusz Kaczmarek scored with a fine shot from 20 metres.
In the second half, BKS played just as poorly as in the first. Lost possession, inaccurate passes and a lack of ideas made it easier for Lechia to score further goals. In the 65th minute, the visitors were already leading 2–1. Krzysztof Pietrzykowski was added to the scoresheet. Eight minutes later, the same player set the final score at 3–1 for Lechia. A header by Błażej Rajchel could have reduced the margin of defeat, but the visitors’ goalkeeper managed to deflect the ball beyond the end line. Bolesławiec’s team played a very poor match. Their third consecutive defeat moved our team into second-to-last place in the league table.
BKS Bobrzanie started the match with: Marek Przykłota, Paweł Demczar, Sebastian Tylutki, Błażej Rajchel, Marek Kumoś, Robert Nitarski, Mateusz Mucha, Grzegorz Nowak, Daniel Góralewski, Sławomir Iskrzak and Paweł Rissmann. Błażej Rajchel and Grzegorz Nowak received yellow cards.
