The supermarket’s retail space will cover nearly 5,000 m². One building will house a grocery store (Intermarché), a store offering products for the home and garden (Bricomarché), and a connecting section in the form of a Shopping Gallery. The latter is simply space for local traders to rent.
Although Intermarché and Bricomarché will be located in the same building, they will have two separate entrances and exits. A car park with 160 spaces will be built in front of the supermarket.
The supermarket is being built on Aleja Tysiąclecia, between a PKN Orlen fuel station and Przedsiębiorstwo Zbożowo Młynarskie. Earthworks had already begun at this site, but they were halted. The investor abandoned the idea of building two separate retail pavilions in favour of one. However, changing the concept required obtaining a new permit.
Intermarché and Bricomarché are stores belonging to Grupa Muszkieterowie. Intermarché is a grocery store chain, while Bricomarché sells DIY materials, building materials, gardening tools, interior decoration materials, and products for pets.
