As stated in the company’s press materials: “Bolesławiec was chosen as the investment location because of the high potential of a well-qualified workforce, excellent transport connections, and the resulting ease of supplying the Group’s customers throughout Europe: Bolesławiec is located just 50 kilometers from the German border.”

In the first phase, the Group plans to invest 12 million euros in Bolesławiec. Initially, the company is to employ around one hundred people. “This is our goal for today—to conduct the preselection and choose the best candidates on the regional market,” says Kornelia Ordon, a member of the Hoerbiger company’s management board. Ultimately, the company may employ as many as 400 people. As Kornelia Ordon points out, there is no shortage of applicants.
