On Saturday, BKS Bobrzanie Bolesławiec played an away match in Dzierżoniów. Our players put in another utterly dismal performance. During the entire match, BKS threatened Lechia’s goal only once. The hosts scored the winning goal in the 40th minute. Krzysztof Pietrzykowski was credited with the goal. For the second half of the match, Bolesławiec played with a one-player advantage (Marek Burkot received two yellow cards). Despite the advantage, our players failed even to score an equaliser. The hosts created the dangerous chances, and in the 60th minute they put the ball into the net again. However, the referee disallowed the goal and called offside. The match ended in a 0–1 defeat for our team.
Next Wednesday at 4:00 p.m., BKS will face MKS Oława at home. It will be what is known as a “must-win match”.
