TVN broadcast a programme on Wednesday about the Bolesławiec court’s judgment reinstating Mariusz Ch., a neurologist from a psychiatric hospital suspected of accepting bribes, to work.
The journalists from the "Uwaga!" programme did not present the court’s arguments at all. They showed only statements that discredited the judgment.
It is known that, a few days after the employee was dismissed for disciplinary reasons, the director gave him an excellent evaluation of his work. When the neurologist brought his claims before the court, the hospital management did not respond to them.
The court had to accept the doctor’s version of events. A default judgment was issued, after which the hospital management finally responded and appealed against it. The trial will begin from the start; the hearing has been scheduled for 22 October.
