Bolesławiec City Hall has launched a so-called HotSpot—an open, publicly accessible point providing Internet access via a wireless network. The coverage of the free Internet service using Wi-Fi technology includes Bolesławiec’s market square and its surroundings.
To connect to the free Internet, a WLAN network card operating in the 802.11b/g standard is required. The connection is established automatically, and the IP address is obtained from the HotSpot. The network card should be set to “Obtain an IP address automatically,” and the DNS servers to automatic retrieval.
Names of available network connections:
- Hot:Spot_Rynek1
- Hot:Spot_Rynek2
- Hot:Spot_Rynek3
- Hot:Spot_Rynek4
