On Saturday, IV-league side BKS Bobrzanie Bolesławiec played an away match in Trzebnica. The match against the local Polonia did not begin fortunately for the Bolesławiec team. As early as the 14th minute, our team conceded a goal. Bobik scored for the hosts. BKS tried to build coherent attacks, but nothing worked out for our players that day. There were few dangerous chances, and those created by the Bolesławiec team most often ended with an inaccurate shot. The hosts also failed to impress with their play. The match ended with a 1–0 victory for Polonia Trzebnica.
Despite the defeat, the Bolesławiec team retained second place in the competition table. This was possible thanks to the 1–1 draw in the Wulkan Wrocław–Lechia Dzierżoniów match. After Saturday's draw, the team from Wrocław is just one point behind BKS. Saturday's match against the league leaders, Polonia/Sparta Świdnica, will be very important for our team. The Bolesławiec team will face the autumn champions at 15:00 at the stadium on Spółdzielcza Street.
