On Wednesday, BKS’s second team hosted Piast Bolków at the stadium on Spółdzielcza Street. The match was not a thrilling spectacle. Play took place mainly in the middle section of the pitch. There were few shots on target. In the 25th minute, Robert Solecki scored after a well-constructed move and a quick exchange of passes. Ten minutes later, the visitors equalized. The goal came after an attack down the left side of the pitch and a cross into the penalty area. Grzegorz Korendał beat Tomasz Rodziewicz with a header.
In the second half, the Bolesławiec players increased the tempo. However, little came of it. Their attacks ended around 20 metres from the visitors’ goal. Several times, BKS players managed to break into the penalty area, but they were unable to take an effective shot. In the 75th minute, Robert Nitarski failed to take advantage of a good opportunity. His shot sailed over the crossbar. In the 81st minute, Mirosław Markowski lost the ball in the penalty area. Instead of passing, our player tried to dribble past several opponents.
