The BKS Bobrzanie Bolesławiec first team made a successful start to the football season. Our team confidently defeated Nysa Zgorzelec 3:0. Bolesławiec took the lead in the 15th minute. The goal came from a corner kick. Grzegorz Nowak made use of Łukasz Rudyk’s precise delivery and sent the ball into the Zgorzelec team’s net from 2 metres. In the further course of the game, the fans saw a lot of battling in the middle of the pitch. The match was fiercely contested, but there were few chances. BKS were the better side throughout the first half. A minute before the break, Bolesławiec extended their lead to 2:0. Chrystian Serkies got his name on the scoresheet. The BKS striker beat several Nysa players and defeated the visiting goalkeeper with a shot into the right corner of the goal.
BKS players continued to dominate in the second half. The third goal for our team came in the 55th minute. This time, Tomasz Jasiński delivered the ball into the penalty area from a free kick. Błażej Rajchel headed the ball into the net. In the second half, Bolesławiec failed to convert two very good chances. First, Paweł Rissmann was just too late to reach the ball in the penalty area; later, Łukasz Rudyk failed to take advantage of a one-on-one situation with the goalkeeper. The BKS player shot straight into the goalkeeper’s hands.
The result did not change thereafter. BKS Bobrzanie Bolesławiec defeated Nysa Zgorzelec 3:0. Bolesławiec played a good match. There was no shortage of fighting spirit and commitment until the final minutes. A sizeable number of fans also gathered at the stadium. More than 300 people watched the match.

Mateusz Janczyszyn and Grzegorz Nowak received yellow cards for BKS. The match was refereed by Mariusz Jasina, Sebastian Trela and Bartosz Szafran from the Referees’ Department in Wrocław.
