The sports and recreation event was organised at the Water Sports Centre on Spacerowa Street. The aim of the competition is to promote an active lifestyle, give children the opportunity to participate in organised sports competition, and integrate Bolesławiec’s community day-care centres.

All competitors took part in individual events, including a three-part accuracy competition, standing long jump, shooting at a goal, obstacle course, bowling and chess. In the team event—the football tournament—the community day-care centre at SP 3 won in the primary-school category. In the lower-secondary-school category, as in the upper-secondary-school category, TOP took first place. In beach volleyball, Dzikie Bączki (Kuźnia) were unbeaten in the girls’ category. In the boys’ category, TOP was once again unbeatable among primary-school pupils.

In the lower-secondary-school boys’ category, the community day-care centre at GS 2 took first place. In badminton, Caritas competitors were the best in the primary-school girls’ category. In the lower-secondary-school girls’ and boys’ categories, competitors from the community day-care centre at GS 2 took first place. In the primary-school boys’ category, pupils from the community day-care centre at SP 4 won. In streetball, the girls from Dzikie Bączki and the boys from Klątwa Czarnej Owcy proved unbeatable.

  2. Community day-care centre at SP 4 – 575 points
  3. Community day-care centre at pl. Zamkowy – 544 points
  4. TOP Games and Activities Centre – 542 points
  5. Community day-care centre at SP 3 – 532 points
  6. Community day-care centre on Orzeszkowej Street – 432 points
  7. Community day-care centre at MOPS – 426 points
  8. Caritas, Kościelna Street – 375 points
  9. Community day-care centre at GS 2 – 327 points
  10. MKS "Kuźnia" – 262 points
  11. Community day-care centre at GS 3 – 101 points.

All competitors received personalised certificates of participation, prizes and gifts. No one missed out on refreshments either. The organiser of the competition was MOSiR, in cooperation with the community day-care centres and the Plenipotentiary of the Mayor of Bolesławiec for Prevention and Addictions. The event was co-financed by the Municipality of Bolesławiec as part of the Municipal Programme for the Prevention and Resolution of Alcohol-Related Problems.
