As Krzysztof Zaporowski of the Wrocław Provincial Police Headquarters reported, the accident occurred at around 9 a.m. near the town of Tomaszów Bolesławiecki on national road No. 4. “The bus had German registration plates; the causes of the accident are not yet known. Several people who suffered minor injuries were treated at the scene, while three were taken to hospital,” Zaporowski said. Traffic on the route was being managed in alternating directions.
