On Saturday, BKS’s senior team narrowly defeated TS Parzyce. The winning goal was scored in the 35th minute with a header by the popular Miro, that is, Mirosław Markowski. The match attracted a large number of fans. BKS could have taken the lead in the opening minutes, but neither Mirosław Markowski nor Łukasz Graczyk, playing with a swollen ankle, managed to convert their chances. The visitors responded with a shot by Marcin Potyszka, after which the ball narrowly missed the post of Dawid Kizyma’s goal. The visitors also had a great chance through Krzysztof Szymański, but he missed the goal. In the first half, Mirosław Markowski again failed to take a great opportunity to extend the lead. From a few metres out, the BKS striker sent the ball over the crossbar.
After the break, the fans watched plenty of battling in midfield. Worth noting was an intervention by BKS goalkeeper Dawid Kizyma, who saved a dangerous shot from the visitors. During the final 20 minutes, BKS fans went through a horror show. The narrow lead offered no certainty that the three points would stay in Bolesławiec. However, no more goals were scored. BKS defeated TS Parzyce 1–0 (1–0). It is also worth mentioning that several hours earlier, BKS’s younger juniors defeated Eskadra 4–2 in Kruszyn.
