As established, on August 12, 2015, at approximately 9:08 a.m., an unidentified man called the registry office of the District Court in Jelenia Góra and said: “there is a bomb planted in the court”.
Police and emergency services took measures to prevent the danger. Police officers searched the courthouse. However, they did not find any explosive device.
It emerged that on August 12, 2015, a case was being heard before the District Court in Jelenia Góra in which Marcin W. appeared as the suspect, while the injured party, Angelika Sz., was at that time... Andrzej W.
Andrzej W. was charged with making a false bomb threat. He pleaded guilty and gave explanations, which he later modified.
W. had been convicted by the courts several times in the past. He is currently serving a prison sentence in another case. He faces up to 8 years in prison.
