Infants from 3 months of age and children up to 3 years old may participate, accompanied in the water by a parent. In addition, children from the age of 4 will be able to take swimming lessons and improve their skills in a group of peers, without their parents and under the supervision of an instructor.
Adults can also improve or acquire swimming skills during individual lessons or in small groups.
The classes are organized by Wodne Przedszkole KUBUŚ, which has been teaching swimming to the youngest children for 7 years. During the classes, the youngest children will learn how to position their bodies correctly in the water, basic arm and leg movements, jumping into the water and submerging.
Children from the age of 4 will learn to swim and, most importantly, learn self-rescue skills, which are essential knowledge during the summer holiday period.
