Kościuszki Street (the Company), registered with the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS No. 0000114136, with share capital of PLN 2,040,000.00. NIP 6120003949, REGON 230198030, announces a third unrestricted oral tender for the sale of:

  1. The perpetual usufruct right to land designated as plot no. 132/18, with an area of 25,058 m², located in Bolesławiec at 6 Kościuszki Street, together with ownership rights to the buildings erected on that plot, constituting separate objects of ownership, for which the District Court in Bolesławiec maintains land and mortgage register no. JGIB/00018574/3 
  2. Machinery and equipment for the production of construction and household stoneware products (belt conveyor – 4 units, PVR-35 vertical press – 1 unit, vertical press – 3 units, ball mill – 3 units, cascade ball mill – 1 unit, weighbridge – 1 unit, round feeder – 3 units, hydraulic press – 1 unit, wheel crusher – 1 unit, sieve scrubber – 1 unit, cradle conveyor – 2 units, brick cutter – 1 unit, filter press – 1 unit, screw press – 1 unit, strip press–galettier – 1 unit, jaw crusher – 1 unit)

The items offered for sale may be inspected from Monday to Friday, from 4 May 2016 to 17 May 2016, between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

The oral tender will be held at the Company's registered office in Bolesławiec, Kościuszki Street, on 18 May 2016 at 11:00 a.m.

The tender will be conducted by public auction.

The starting price is PLN 3,900,000.00 (three million nine hundred thousand zlotys) net. Bids must be increased by increments of no less than PLN 39,000.00 (thirty-nine thousand zlotys). Participation in the tender is conditional upon payment of a bid security of PLN 390,000.00 (three hundred and ninety thousand zlotys) in cash at the Company's cashier's office or to the Company's bank account at Bank PKO BP S.A., Bolesławiec branch, account no. 39 10202137 0000 9202 0006 4972, by 17 May 2016. If the bid security is paid by bank transfer, the payment should be made sufficiently in advance so that the amount is credited to the Company's account on 18 May 2016. The bid security will be forfeited to the Company if none of the tender participants offers the starting price. Bid securities submitted by bidders whose offers are not accepted will be returned immediately after the offer has been selected. The bid security submitted by the purchaser will be credited toward the purchase price. The bid security will be forfeited to the Company if the bidder whose offer is accepted evades concluding the agreement. A purchaser who fails to pay the purchase price within the time limit set by the Company loses the rights arising from the award and the bid security paid. The Company may cancel the tender notice or change its terms at any time without stating reasons.
