On Friday, an official closing ceremony and summary of this year's county indoor football competition was held in the conference room of the county office. Zehnder were crowned County champions, Car-Bon took second place, and Provita-Rolpol claimed third place.
The teams Warta and Masters said goodbye to the first league. The relegated teams are the two sides at the bottom of the table which, in accordance with the competition rules, leave the first league. Next season, Kolesie and Bobrzanie will play in the first league. Both teams finished first in their respective second-league groups, earning direct promotion to the first-league competition.
Władysław Wężyk was named the most effective player, while Krzysztof Lechowski became the league's top scorer. On behalf of the County Governor, awards and gifts for the best players were presented by Dariusz Kwasniewski, Member of the Board of Bolesławiec County.
The organizer of the competition, the Inter-School Sports Centre, thanks the referees, the management of I LO, the security staff, the team sponsors, and everyone who contributed to making the competition possible.
