In their everyday lives, they are students at schools in Bolesławiec: “Elektronika,” “Mechanika,” and Municipal Middle School No. 3. They already have their own channel on YouTube. “Videos appear fairly often on our channel,” says a representative of the Urbex BC group. Their latest video shows an expedition to an abandoned palace in Wojcieszów Górny (Złotoryja County).
“In short, we explore urban areas, which is usually illegal and dangerous,” our interviewee explains. “Urbex (from the English urban exploration) involves exploring sites that are often inaccessible and invisible to human civilization.”
