He described the retiring Ewa Hryciów as follows: “A great deal of personal commitment, positive energy, the ability to win people over, many very positive emotions, and above all, experience, knowledge and an understanding of the problems of the city and the county.”
He added: – You helped in various discussions and negotiations that ultimately ended in success.

In January 2004, we had an unemployment rate of 28%, while now it is almost four times lower, at 7.6%. We can achieve such results not only through our hard work, but precisely through cooperation. Cooperation with the mayor, with the municipalities and with employers. And that is precisely why we managed to achieve such a good result.
