A formal summary of the 7th Christmas Wafer Meeting for People with Disabilities was held at the District Office. The ceremony was hosted by Barbara Kostyra, head of the Social Affairs and Health Department at the District Office. The district authorities thanked everyone who helped make it possible for people with disabilities to meet, share a meal, exchange Christmas wishes and attend Mass celebrated by a bishop.

The guests gathered in the conference room at the district office watched a presentation of photographs from the Christmas wafer meeting. During the remainder of the ceremony, written acknowledgements were presented for involvement in organizing the meeting for people with disabilities.

Thanks were expressed to priests, nuns, school principals, the Mayor of Bolesławiec, the Mayor of Nowogrodziec, the heads of nearby municipalities, local government employees and everyone who made an effort to enable people with disabilities to participate in the Christmas wafer meeting once again.
