After a hard-fought match, Marcin Sobczyszyn’s players Marcina Sobczyszyna lost 3–1 to the home side. This ended the “Elektryczni” winning streak of eleven consecutive victories. “It doesn’t mean anything yet; there are many matches left,” comments Jacek Łuczkowski, president of the Bolesławieckie Towarzystwo Siatkarskie.
BTS Elektros will appear in front of their home crowd in a week’s time – on Saturday, January 30. On that day, the “Elektryczni” will host a team from Milicz. The match – exceptionally! – will take place at the Miejski Zespół Szkół nr 2 sports hall on Jana Pawła II Street in Bolesławiec. The match starts at 3:00 p.m.; admission is free.
