As we read on Facebook:
Our cheerleaders are one of the youngest groups performing in the top league and the EuroLeague. The team’s first training sessions took place in October 2011, while its debut on the basketball court was on 19 November 2011.
The girls from Zielona Góra are the first EuroLeague cheerleaders to perform on the court of a European opponent. In December 2015, the girls performed in Athens during the Panathinaikos BC vs. Stelmet BC Zielona Góra game. Together with the Greek cheerleaders, they created a true #ONETEAM!, for which they were recognized by the league’s officials.
The girls showed tremendous enthusiasm for their work, which was noticed by the EuroLeague, and in the 2013/2014 season the group was invited to the EFESTA competition for the best EuroLeague dance teams, where they finished in the TOP 8.
The cheerleaders, who are friends with our volleyball players from BTS Elektros Bolesławiec, have a chance to perform at the EuroLeague Final in Berlin. You can help them by voting for them.
