We are currently looking for candidates for the positions of Assembly Shift Manager and Warehouse Shift Manager

Responsibilities of the Assembly Shift Manager

  • Managing and motivating subordinate employees
  • Implementing and developing Lean Manufacturing standards
  • Continuous improvement of the production process and solving problems related to efficiency and optimizing working conditions
  • Responsibility for quality, compliance with work instructions, standards, regulations and quality procedures in force at the plant
  • Reducing customer complaints by analyzing the process and implementing effective corrective measures
  • Supervising the proper execution of the production plan and reporting production results in the CMS system
  • Recruiting, onboarding and training new employees, and supporting the development of subordinate Leaders, Technicians, Experts and Operators
  • Cooperating with support departments to ensure the proper functioning of the supervised shifts
  • Providing auxiliary materials and tools and distributing them according to needs to ensure supplies for the given shift
  • Responsibility for occupational health and safety, and compliance with standards, regulations and procedures in force at the plant

We expect the Assembly Shift Manager to have

  • experience in team management and motivation
  • a higher technical education
  • at least two years of experience working in a production environment
  • knowledge of 5S tools and Lean Manufacturing processes
  • problem-solving skills
  • good command of English
  • good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Shift Manager

  • Supervising the warehouse and its employees
  • Recording activities performed in the warehouse management system
  • Preparing reports on warehouse movements and inventory levels
  • Regular stocktaking

Requirements for the Warehouse Shift Manager

  • Experience in team management and motivation
  • Experience in warehouse work (unloading, receiving deliveries, issuing goods, warehouse management)
  • Practical computer skills (MS Outlook and MS Excel)
  • Excellent organization of one’s own work, diligence and accuracy
  • Knowledge of warehouse management software (CMS) is welcome
  • Category B driving licence is welcome
