The court authorities selected the new clock after consulting the Museum of Ceramics in Bolesławiec. “We found iconographic material confirming what the old clock looked like,” Agata Bojanowska says in an interview with “ii” from the Museum of Ceramics.
The clock has returned to its former location after several decades (the previous one was destroyed toward the end of World War II). The court decided that the historical form of one of the most representative historic buildings in our city should be recreated.
