This year's Finale in Legnica will take place at Galeria Piastów. To bring this special day for the people of Legnica to a close, Ewa Farna will perform.
The event starts at 1 p.m. Performers on stage will include: Zespół Pieśni i Tańca „Legnica”, artists from the Młodzieżowe Centrum Kultury and Studio Artystyczne „Fame”, as well as the bands Nocne Boogie, Bracia Wright, Why and Kminek. Ewa Farna will perform after them.
No one should miss this day at Galeria Piastów. Especially since several “gems” await us during the auctions. These include a glider flight over Książ Castle, from the first pilot's seat, which offers the best views! The flight will be preceded by training, and the winning bidder will of course be accompanied in the glider by a pilot-instructor.
Another auction attraction is a limited-edition, unique tennis calendar signed by Agnieszka Radwańska, a ball bearing the signature of our leading tennis player, and photographs of Agnieszka and Urszula Radwańska with autographs.
Fans of Miedź Legnica will be able to bid on a set consisting of a T-shirt signed by the players, a poster with their autographs, a scarf and a decorative club crest. Ladies (and others) are also encouraged to bid on vouchers for a makeover from the Backstage hair and beauty salon in Legnica. There will be other interesting auctions as well.
In addition, during the 24th WOŚP Finale, many attractions will await the people of Legnica at Galeria Piastów. These will include tasty refreshments (in the so-called small patio), served by Oberża Piastowska, Migoto Sushi and the Qubus hotel restaurant. There will also be a tasting of cakes prepared by the Senior Center operating at Legnickie Centrum Kultury.
There will also be workshops for children (and others), where participants can learn the secrets of hand-painting baubles (Vitbis), painting T-shirts and linen bags, and creating ceramic items (Warsztaty Terapii Zajęciowej „Caritas”). Wodne Ochotnicze Pogotowie Ratunkowe will present first-aid demonstrations; the rescuers will bring, among other things, a boat and a jet ski, and will hold their own auctions. The day's finale is scheduled for 8 p.m.
We remind you that Legnickie Centrum Kultury is collecting donations for WOŚP. Anyone wishing to donate an item to the Orchestra can bring it to LCK (entrance from Chojnowska Street), room 126 (the secretary's office) on the first floor, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Selected items will be auctioned from the stage during the WOŚP Finale in Legnica. The rest will go to online auctions benefiting the Orchestra.
