At the fourth session, several resolutions were adopted, all unanimously. However, most of the time was devoted to asking questions and hearing the answers. Opposition councillors bombarded the current authorities with interpellations. The largest number of questions was asked by Law and Justice councillor Henryk Jasiński. Among other things, he asked the starost about the duties of board members, the remuneration of various people, and preparatory work related to the planned theatre renovation. The councillor became so carried away with his questions that he also asked the starost about a trip that had not taken place. The councillor was referring to Cezary Przybylski’s trip to Denmark and the related business delegation. It turned out that the starost had not travelled to Denmark at all. The councillor remained calm while listening to the answer to his question.

The city’s mayor, Piotr Roman, was also present at the county session. The mayor frequently looked at his mobile phone. Henryk Jasiński, mentioned above, did the same. Piotr Roman left the session after the councillors had asked their questions.

Considerable attention during the session was devoted to Karol Stasik’s statement concerning his wife’s business activity. The voivode had informed officials that the statement by the Chair of the County Council had reached the Voivodeship Office after the deadline. Karol Stasik explained that he had submitted the statement at the council office on 27 November and, on 22 December, after returning from hospital, had delivered the remaining documents. However, the statements did not reach the Voivodeship Office on time.

During the session, Bolesławiec County Starost Cezary Przybylski dispelled rumours about the illegality of the resolution concerning the appointment of a third member of the County Board. The starost explained that the voivode’s supervisory authorities had no objections to this resolution or to any other resolutions adopted so far.
