The Christmas Charity Fair, a charity event supporting Tomasz Przybyłowski, the head chef of Zamek Kliczków, who lost his home in a fire, will be held on Wednesday, December 16 at the Henryk Sucharski Comprehensive and Vocational School Complex in Bolesławiec (ul. Komuny Paryskiej).
It begins at 10:30 a.m.. The offerings will include dumplings with cabbage, mushrooms and caraway, chickpea dumplings, salmon and broad bean dumplings, chanterelle dumplings, fish pâté with porcini mushrooms, cabbage kulebiak pastries, chickpea hummus, decorative gingerbread cookies, gingerbread, pound cakes, poppy-seed rolls, fish dishes and other Christmas treats.
