The accident occurred after 1:15 p.m. Two cars collided at the intersection of Cieszkowskiego and Modłowa streets. The Ford driver, a 20-year-old resident of Nowogrodziec a 53-year-old resident of Gmina Osiecznica, while leaving Modłowa Street, failed to yield the right of way to the driver of the Seat. A collision occurred.
As a result of the accident, the Seat driver, a 53-year-old resident of Gmina Osiecznica a 20-year-old resident of Nowogrodziec, was taken to hospital. Both drivers were sober. Since the incident was classified as a road accident, the case will be brought before the court.
