After verifying the submitted applications, the competition jury admitted ten authors to submit their designs, inviting them to participate in the first stage of the proceedings. The competition is, in fact, conducted in two stages.
The first stage is of a study nature. The authors may submit their work by 15 December this year. At the same time, each of them may submit questions concerning the subject of the competition and the presentation of the competition entry by 10 November. The jury will select a maximum of six entries that meet the requirements of the regulations. Their authors will be invited to participate in the second stage of the competition.
In the second stage—more detailed and containing a functional and spatial concept with technical and economic assumptions—the competition participants will be awarded cash prizes, with a total value of PLN 60,000. The results will be announced on 15 March 2016. The winners will also be invited to participate in a public procurement procedure for the detailed preparation of complete design documentation.
The competition jury admitted applications from ten architect-engineers from Wrocław, Warsaw, Kraków, Legnica and Poznań.
