On 6 November, an agreement will be signed to construct another Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego building on Śluzowa Street. The building will contain 40 one-, two- and three-room apartments ranging from 33 to 60 m². Under an agreement between TBS and the Municipality of Bolesławiec, one ground-floor apartment will be adapted to meet the needs of a person with a disability. The mayor of Bolesławiec will be authorized to designate the future tenant. The investment will be completed in July 2008.
TBS currently owns 3 buildings containing 84 apartments. There are 102 candidates waiting to rent the new apartments from TBS. At the end of 2008, TBS plans to begin construction of another two residential buildings.
